The Good Seed was founded by Mercy Mathew, a woman entrepreneur from Thrissur with a deep belief that what we eat shapes who we are.Growing up surrounded by Kerala’s coconut groves and spice gardens, she saw how pure, unprocessed food was slowly giving way to convenience and additives.
